Christmas Wonderland Rules and Liability info:
No smoking policy: Creative Works Farm is a smoke free, vape free, tobacco free, alcohol free, drug free, and weapon free facility. No smoking or use of any of these products allowed anywhere on the premises.
Release of liability: By attending the Christmas Wonderland (the event) at Creative Works Farm (CWF), You and your guests agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by CWF, or the employees, representatives, or agents of CWF. You and your guests assume full responsibility for personal injury to yourself and (if applicable) your family members or others attending under your name, and further release and discharge CWF for injury, loss or damage arising out of you or your family's use of or presence upon the facilities of CWF, whether caused by the fault of you, your family, CWF or other third parties. You agree to indemnify and defend CWF against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, cost or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs which may in any way arise from you or your family's use of or presence upon the facilities of CWF.
Wellness agreement: You understand that you and your guests should not attend if you are experiencing symptoms such as (but not limited to) fever, coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat, or shortness of breath, or have been recently exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with a communicable disease such as COVID. You certify that you have communicated these rules to others in your party, and all guests in your party agree to abide by these rules. You understand that you are attending a public event where there is risk to exposure to communicable diseases and assume all risk.
Photograph and Media Release: By attending this event, you and your guests hereby grant and convey unto CWF all rights, title and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by CWF during the event, including but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.
